JOB OFFERS FOR SUMMER 2024
We are actively recruiting for the following positions:

  • Supervisor : Experienced supervisors to guarantee a transparent and seamless communication, as well as a quick response to all your inquiries.

  • Airport staff : Well organized and friendly guides will welcome the guests directly at the arrivals hall and lead them straight to the transfers to ensure a pleasant and uncomplicated journey to their hotels.

  • Group leaders : Communicative and highly motivated hosts for a warmly welcome and a great customer service. They will provide all information and the operational procedures about the programme to provide great hospitality service during the guests stay.

  • Hotel staff : Staff assigned in the hotel will be very courteous and helpful, to guarantee a comfortable check-in at the hotel and also provide all guests with the relevant information and timings about the guest program.

  • Coach hosts : Our coach hosts are articulate and won't be shy to show initiative. They will accompany and counting the guests on all transfers in order to make all trips as simple and relaxing as possible.

  • Back up staff : Stand-by-staff to compensate any cancellations or lack of performance. We need to train more staff to ensure the program is fully staffed at all times. Even during the event on site.


    • WHAT IS THE LENGTH OF THE CONTRACT?
    The duration of the contract is fixed according to the dates of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games: 26 July to 11 August and 28 August to 8 September. The teams will get back to you to agree the length and dates of your contract. We need you from July until mid-September. You will be required to attend training sessions prior to the games to ensure that you are autonomous and at your best during the competitions.
    WHERE CAN I WORK?
    In Paris : stations, hotels, competition venues, evenings.
    Outside Paris: Orly and Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle airports.
